I am a trained and qualified coach under the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Gold Standard of Coaching Competencies and Ethics. I have completed both a Diploma and Master Practitioner of Life Coaching, along with a Master Practitioner of NLP in Coaching (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

I have been coaching professionally since 2008 and have thousands of paid coaching hours with clients, stakeholders, and employees across the US, Australia, UK, India, and the Philippines. My passion for helping others discover their passions, innate talents, and a career that suits them (which is not always a job—it can be a business, freelance work, or something else) is one of my unique talents. I have empowered hundreds of amazing individuals to align with a path that truly supports them.

My passion for coaching is underpinned by a mental health and holistic well-being focus, which includes my own meditation practice since my late teens. In 2022, I further challenged my practice, along with my love of lifelong learning, and became a qualified and accredited meditation teacher. This included the study of stress management and how to create a plan to address root causes.
